STAT
- For all of Your Time Sensitive Emergency Deliveries
Available 7 days a week during regular business hours. Delivery
in "1 Hour or Less" to destinations in the Local and
Regional service areas.
Out of Town areas may take longer according to location
and distance. The STAT delivery is designed to offer the highest
priority service. Our objective is to send the first available
vehicle to pick up your delivery and take it directly to it's
destination. STAT rate includes the first 25 lbs.*
Rush - Our Great Original
Service
Available 7 days during regular business hours for destinations
in the Local and Regional delivery areas.
For Out of Town areas, service at Rush rates available
Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm only. After 5:00pm weekdays,
or Saturday and Sunday, STAT rates apply to all Out of
Town destinations.
Local delivery in "2 Hours or Less", Regional
locations may take up to 3 hours. Rush delivery to Out
of Town destinations will vary according to location and
distance. Up to 100 km in 4 hours. For additional distances
add approximately one hour per 50 km. Rush rate includes the
first 25 lbs.*
Same Day - Call by 11:00am
for Delivery Today!
Same Day deliveries are available for shipments either departing
from, or being sent to the GTA (Greater Toronto Area), and
are only available on weekdays. Orders must be placed before
11:00am to qualify for lower Same Day rates.
We guarantee outbound deliveries from Local or Regional
areas up to 150 km by 5:00pm. Deliveries over 150 km may take
longer. Inbound deliveries to Local or Regional
areas from the GTA may take longer depending on the pickup
location and relative distances. Maximum of 100lbs at Same
Day rates. Same Day rates include the first 25 lbs.*
Service Areas
Service Areas are defined as follows:
"Local" - within the borders of Kitchener-Waterloo
"Regional" - within Waterloo Region and the city of Guelph
"Out of Town" - all other areas not included in Local or Regional
(*) - Overweight and Oversized Packages
Overweight charges of .05 per lb. Base rates also include
the first 2 cu.ft. Oversized deliveries will be subject to
additional charges by either weight or dimension, whichever
